C.E. Requirements:
You may access the course for one year from the date of purchase. Note: Iowa
Code
[17.10(12)] requires that you must satisfactorily complete the course
within
six months from the date of purchase. You must receive a score of
90% or higher to pass. Do not begin the completion process until you have
satisfactorily completed the course. Once you have completed the course,
please contact ITS, Inc. so we can assist you with the final steps of
submitting verification of the credit hours to the Iowa Real Estate
Commission.

Once the student satisfactorily completes the course, ITS, Inc. will send to the
student a
Learner Acknowledgement form which the student must complete, sign and
return to ITS, Inc.; at which time ITS, Inc. will send to the student a Certificate
of Completion. It is the student’s responsibility to submit proof of course
completion to the Iowa Real Estate Commission. The Learner Acknowledgement form
and copy of the Certificate of Completion is kept by ITS, Inc. for five years
from the date of completion.
